In order to receive your refund, please provide us with the reason for the return and your order number. Your refund will be returned to the same payment method where the charge was placed.

Damages To The Product
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the packaging or bottle appears to be damaged or defective. We will be happy to send you a replacement order after you send us photos of the damage to your order.

How Will You Know When Your Refund Is Processed?
We will notify you once we have processed your refund request. Once it is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it can take time for the refund to process and post and the amount of time varies per bank or credit card company.
